Journaling and Goal Setting

Starting October 1st. 2019 keep a diary for 1 week writing down the things in your life that you want to stay the same. Give them a goal for each month of the calendar year. For example: "I want to keep my hair cut short for the month of January." At the end of what you write give yourself a compliment about what you've written. For example: "My eyes pop with my short haircut."

The next two weeks after do anything in your diary. The third week in October wright in your diary the things in your life that you want to change. Give them a goal for each month of the calendar year.
For example: "I want to change my diet for the month of February." At the end of what you write disparage yourself about what you've written. For example: "I am terrible at maintaining a high-fiber diet."

When the first week of November begins wright nothing in your diary. The following 2 weeks after the first week in November only review the items that have been written in your diary. The 3rd and last week in November you will not write or review anything in your diary.

When the first week of December starts revise your items of change that were written only by adding more or taking them away. The following 2 weeks in December revise only the items you wrote that you would like to stay the same by adding more or placing them in your items of change. In the final week of December do nothing in your diary.

When the New Year starts in January of 2020 begin it by maintaining the things that you want to stay the same and by starting on changing the things you want to change.

This task will fill up your year and have you begin to structure what you might hold dear to your wellness and successes surrounding your life's affairs. You will repeat the process every year beginning in October.

Good Luck!
